• Return period: 14 days after delivery
• Shipping costs: The customer bears the costs for return shipping
• Condition: Items must be unused and in the original packaging
• No Refunds: Out of stock items are non-refundable. You will receive a 100% refund in the form of store credit.

NO REFUND OR RESHIPMENT IF:

• Acceptance of the delivery was refused
• The package was not picked up despite proof of delivery
• The tracking confirms delivery, but you have not received the package
• The item was damaged after use
• The item was returned without authorization
